Służewiec is associated by many of us with a mono office district, which becomes empty after 5 p.m. during a week and at weekends. Meanwhile, Służewiec constantly changes thanks to many initiatives and new investments undertaken in this region. We would like to present a human face of this location by means of our publication and also to point out the occurring changes which have a positive impact on the image of this part of the capital – says Elżbieta Czerpak, Director of the Department of Market Research, Knight Frank.
"Służewiec. Life is not only restricted to the office" is a new publication by Knight Frank. This guide is available in the form of an animated presentation as well as a classic paper map. The map explores the true colors of this part of Mokotów. It turns out that the district has a rich retail, gastronomic and entertainment offer, aimed at both the inhabitants and the office employees. It is a district where everyone can enjoy the gastronomic offer, take care of their physical activity, breathe again after work, or take up residence in one of the new residential buildings.
With the use of the map, we would like to encourage the employees working in our buildings to go outside their four walls of the office and get to know the neighboring surroundings better. There are many valuable initiatives in the Służewiec district. Additionally, some new flavors can be discovered around the corner – says Magdalena Oksańska, Director of the Department of Property Management, Knight Frank.
This publication was prepared in a form of a classic tourist map, which can be easily hidden in a pocket. The map in a paper form will be available, for instance, in the buildings managed by Knight Frank in Służewiec as well as on the website of the company.
