HB Reavis started realization of the second building within the second stage of West Station office complex situated in Warsaw. The investment is to deliver 68 000 sq. m of office space to the market in Warsaw and it is being realized in the neighborhood of Warszawa Zachodnia railway station owned by Polskie Koleje Panstwowe SA.
Development of the area next to Warszawa Zachodnia railway station is one of the first developer projects realized by PKP SA. Our foregoing experiences prove that this model of cooperation is very efficient. We offer plots with huge potential and very good location to our partners – says Jaroslaw Kolodziejczyk, Member of the Board of PKP SA. The investment at Warszawa Zachodnia did not only revive that area but also increased significantly the comfort of all people benefitting from the station. They gained a new railway station, thanks to which the passenger service is currently realized from both Tunelowa Street and Jerusalem Avenues. Thus, the access to the railway station and communication with other means of transport were enhanced – adds Kolodziejczyk.
As a target, West Station will be composed of two 14-tier office buildings which will be realized in two stages. First of them, in accordance with plans, will be commissioned in the third quarter of 2016, whereas the latter – one year later, that is in the third quarter of 2017.
