Considering the market of modern office areas, Poland is a centralized country. Most of the investments are conducted in Warsaw, and second are big regional markets like Cracow, Wrocław, Poznań and Katowice. Furthermore, new investments are also conducted in smaller cities – Częstochowa, Kielce, Białystok, Szczecin and Toruń. Outside this structure, there are dynamically functioning local investors.
Sinograf SA company is going to build an office and warehouse complex in Toruń. The total area of the building will amount to 7000 sq. m, ca. 1500 sq. m of which will be intended for A standard offices. The complex will be located on the left river bank side of Toruń with easy access to road infrastructure which will enable departure from the city. The tenants will have independent zones from 200 to 800 sq. m at their disposal.
The warehouse area deployed in 6 or 8 halls of high storage as well as maneuvering area for lorries will constitute the other part of the property. Moreover, the complex will have discharge docs at each warehouse and loading platforms intended for smaller batches of goods.
The building is currently in the stage of designing.
