Gdański Business Center is being built at the crossroads of Anders and Inflancka Streets in Warsaw. Within the second stage, two office buildings with 7 to 9 tiers will arise. They will offer jointly over 50 000 sq. m of office space class A. The buildings will have from 7 to 9 tiers and will be certified in BREEAM schema on Excellent level. Tenants and their guests will have at their disposal an underground garage, independent aboveground car park and charging stations of electric cars. Moreover, a public square around the buildings was planned.
The realization of C and D shell buildings is going to take almost 10 months. The buildings of the second stage of the complex will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2016. Jointly, the total area of Gdański Business Center – the first and the second stage – will amount over 98 000 sq. m.
