At the intersection of Marynarska and Postępu Streets, there are intensive construction works on the administrative-office centre of HB Reavis group. Currently, the construction works are at the stage of earthworks.
The advantage of the investment which is being built is its perfect location. The complex is not only easily accessible by public transport, but is also located in the vicinity of Galeria Mokotów. The project was designed by Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci. The main assumptions in this project are efficient arrangement designs and the so-called green technologies. According to the investor, Postęp 14 will offer over 34 000 sq. m of office space and over 750 parking places. HB Reavis intends to try and get the BREEM Excellent certificate for this building.
Construction works of Postęp 14 started in November. According to the schedule, the complex is to be put into use in the second quarter of 2015.
