Since December 2013, the CBRE consulting company has been responsible for the renting and marketing of the office, commercial and service investment of the A class - Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat.

The building is being built by the Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe „Nowy Świat” S.A. - a company financed by the MARS FIZ Fund, belonging to the Industrial Development Agency S.A. The building is located in the very centre of Warsaw, between Giełda Papierów Wartościowych, Trzech Krzyży Square and Nowy Świat Street. In the vicinity of the property, there are law firms, financial institutions, as well as ministries and governmental authorities. Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe will offer about 4100 sq.m of office space, 1950 sq.m of commercial space, as well as underground parking space.
The building was designed in the AMC – Andrzej M. Chołdzyński Sp. z o.o. studio, and KAMAR S.A. is the general contractor. The investment is to be completed in the second quarter of 2015.
The class A+ building, which is currently being constructed, will meet the highest requirements for the workmanship standards, ecology and functionality.
