On the 8th July 2013 Warbud company has signed a contract with Wielkopolska Investment Support Center Ltd. The contract concerns the second phase of Poznań Technological and Industrial Park. The contractor was represented by Wojciech Gerber, a member of the Board, and Zbigniew Suszyło, Deputy Director DBS, whereas the investor’s representatives were Grzegorz Michalski, the President of the WISC Board, and Ryszard Dembiński, the Vice-President.
The investment is a continuation of a project comprising of three segments – A, B, and C. All the buildings are constructed on a common plate, under which a car park is located. The design of Poznań Technological and Industrial Park was created by Aspa & Zapa.
According to the contract, Warbud is to carry out construction and installation works, obtain a use permit, and also render exploitation and facility manager services.
A new building will offer 5585 m2 of usable area on one underground storey and 6 overground ones. The structure is not to exceed 25 metre height. Lessees will be able to freely organize the rented spaces, both in open space and offices systems. All the occupants will have at their disposal a leisure terrace designed in the western part of the highest storey.
The project is co-financed by the European union within the European Regional Development Fund and by national budget, through Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme in the years 2007-2013.
The building B will be constructed within 13 months from the day of signing the contract. Warbud is also the contractor of the first stage of the project, which was commissioned in 2011.
