The final building permits were issued in October 2015. Construction works have already been started and commissioning of the building is planned on the first six months of 2018.

Graffit is to be realized at Domaniewska 28 Street in close proximity to the metro station Wilanowska as well as Wołoska Street and Aleja Niepodległości. The building is to offer 18 550 sq. m of space class A. Graffit is to be composed of seven tiers and three-level underground garage. The author of the architectural project Graffit is Polish department of Rolfe Judd from London. The building is to be awarded the ecological certificate BREEAM at least at Very Good level. The general contractor of Graffit is WARBUD SA.
