The award ceremony of Belgian Business Chamber Award 2012 and Best Belgian Exporter Award 2012 for Ghelamco Poland company took place in Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel on 16th November. Distinctions were awarded by Belgian Business Chamber, which honours Belgian companies functioning on the Polish market. Presentation of awards took place within Belgian Days and gathered representatives of business, culture and diplomatic world.
A title of Best Belgian Exporter was given for the first time ever. Factors such as business profile, financial position, value of signed contracts, marketing solutions and activity during business events were taken into consideration. Raoul Delcorde – Ambassador of Belgium, representatives of major institutions by Belgian Embassy, representatives of Belgian Business Chamber Board and Polish experts of international trade in Poland were in jury.
Companies which have been running on the Polish market for 10 years and actively promote Polish-Belgian relations can count on Belgian Business Chamber Award. This distinction was awarded earlier to Bronisław Komorowski (current President of Poland, contemporary Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland), Clotilde Simonis-Górska (owner of Flying Gallery), Belgian Embassy and representatives of Regions. Belgian Business Chamber Awards was awarded for the 4th year.
