European Property Awards is one of the most recognizable competitions in the real estate industry in the world. The distinguishing of the Warsaw complex has been granted to the most innovative and original commercial and residential buildings in Europe for more than 20 years.
The Warsaw HUB is a major investment of Ghelamco Poland which is being erected in the neighborhood of Daszyńskiego roundabout in the Warsaw’s Wola district. The complex is to comprise three buildings connected with 5-floor base: two 130-meter-high office towers and one 86-meter-high building with hotels. The entire complex is to offer even 75 000 sqm of office space. Its commissioning is envisaged for the beginning of 2020.
The international jury awarded The Warsaw HUB the title of the best Polish investment among commercial skyscrapers, i.e. “Commercial High-Rise Development”. The list of factors taken into consideration during assessment included: innovative solutions, safety, location, architecture and sustainable development principles.
