Building at Grzybowska Street has a significant meaning for our company. The success of our project convince us that in our case diversification of actions in a development sector was a very good decision. Currently, we're dealing also with flat and office property area - says Zbigniew Gościcki, Board's Vice-Chairman of Unidevelopment.
Developer, which is a part of UNIBEP Group, decided to execute an investment after purchasing a special purpose vehicle which owes a construction permit. Foundation stone was laid in July 2011. The end of investment means selling it to Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości which will locate its central office there.
As a member of UNIBEP Group we have an access to perennial know-how connected with a property market. Due to which already at the beginning of our activity in this sector we could start execution of such a prestigious investment as office at Grzybowska 81 Street. Due to the fact that we belong to a great capital group which runs very good even in a current demanding situation on a construction market, business partners put still a lot of trust in us - said Zbigniew Gościcki.
