Warsaw's office of class A Konstruktorska Business Center was embellished by trees. It wouldn't be anything interesting in it, if it didn't include one detail. To plant those tress in two interior courtyards techincal crane DEMAG AC 350 was used, because those "seedlings" had 10 metres of height! Developer, HB Reavis as one of the first companies in Poland decided to plant such mature trees.
- HB Reavis investments always are characterized by its quality, functionality and usage comfort. We want Konstruktorska Business Center, which is our first investment in Poland, to be an ideal example of it. This is why we decided for such an unwonted solution. Using mature trees is a huge logistic challenge, this is why not so many companies are doing this. Not only their height, but also their weight (almost 8 tons) make a great impression. We're convinced that a final effect will not only be amazing visually, but it will also improve comfort at work - says Jerzy Kamiński, Develpoment Manager, HB Reavis Poland.
Konstruktorska Business Center, at the corner of Konstruktorska Street and Suwak Street in the capital, can offer its leaseholders over 48 000 sqm of the highest quality space. Building designed by Epstein, is currently in the middle of pre-certification BREEM and will be only powered by electric energy from renewable resources (wind farms). The building will offer 33 overland stations for charging electric cars.
Building of Konstruktorska Business Center has started in April 2011, and it will be finalised at the end of this year. Leaseholders will move in to the office in the first quarter of 2013.
