Officially opened a few days ago, Warsaw's office building Senator has been chosen the best in the entire Europe and awarded „Five Star” title. European Property Awards contest's gala, during which the results have been announced, took place inLondon's Marriot Hotel Governor Square. The competition in which Ghelamco Poland company's investment triumphed is a part of the prestigous International Property Awards contest. A 60-people jury, composed of international experts in the area of real estate oversees the competition.
- Senator was a great challenge to us. The buildings completion took 6 years and required hard work and special commitment. Now that a team of world-class experts recognized our building as the best European office project we feel even more honoured. In turn, in two months the victorious Senator shall compete with winning projects from Asia, Africa, Arabia, England and both Americas in the International Property Awards' finals.
Senator offers it's lessees 25 000 m2 of office area, which is already rented out in 75%. PKN Orlen, Rabobank, BRE Bank, Euronet and Legg Mason already have their offices there.
