A new showroom of Kinnarps is a place in which the arrangement of office's interior is really inspiring. The showroom is located in the office at Puławska 354/356 Street and it started its activity at the end of last year.
After 10 years of a very intensive using of our exhibition,we decided to prepare it for challenges of a new decade, a decade of diversity – this is how the authors of the next edition of the Kinnarps Trends Report call it. Moreover, we would like to present the newest, the most innovative and the most inspiring solutions in this industry to our clients – says Beata Osiecka, Chairman in Kinnarps Poland.
The Warsaw Kinnarps complex is an author interpretation of the office based on activities (so called activity based working). The company applied the solutions in the Next Office™ conception. It is about a complex approach to the office's arrangement which includes characteristics of interior, technological solutions and management structure.
We have observed during many presentations and talks with clients concerning the solutions of Next Office™ that there is a need for turn the conceptions into real solutions so that each client could confront himself during his work on a project – says Beata Rejkowska, Sales Director in Kinnarps Poland. – Therefore, a new arrangement of the Kinnarps showroom in Warsaw is a kind of a real example, thanks to which our clients will be able to find a valuable source of aesthetical and substantive inspiration and see with their own eyes what influence has an interior’s arrangement on effectiveness, cooperation, communication and image of an employer, which takes into consideration needs and specifics of a certain company’s or team’s work.
The authors of the conception concerning the arrangement of the showroom in Warsaw, that is Piotr Wełniak and Anita Chudecka, point out a fundamental aspect of this design: The need for flexibility of space which is equally essential for the Next Office™ conception as every-day functioning of each exhibition. In respect of division as well as functions, it was solved with the use of sliding panels, thanks to which new stages for different arrangements depending on changing needs and circumstances may be created.
Kinnarps holds its agencies all over the world and our showrooms are the most noticeable element of our activity. Therefore, we would like them to be an exhibition of furniture supporting the sale, constitute a business card of the Making life better at work mission and present an example of the functioning of our business model. Moreover, we do our best to provoke our clients to think about the office as a management tool, place of creation a brand’s identity and place of meeting, exchange of views and the one which pulses with life – adds Aleksandra Krawsz, Marketing PR Manager in Kinnarps Poland.
