In spite of the fact that the Warsaw’s Mokotow business district abounds in modern office buildings, it’s been really difficult to find a creative space until recently. The situation changed in September 2017, when Brain Embassy was launched in Adgar Plaza One. The investor has decided to open another location of Brain Embassy, which is both the answer to the need for such a place and the result of the success of Adgar Park West in the Warsaw’s Ochota district.
The architectural concept and the project of this new location of Brain Embassy were prepared by mode:linaTM and Archicon, whereas Kinnarps was responsible for interior design. We’ve been convinced for a very long time that Mokotow, a headquarters of many corporations, is a perfect location for another innovative space of Brain Embassy. We’re satisfied that it’s already been confirmed by people who work there. According to the survey carried out in October this year by Kantar TNS on commission of Adgar, as much as 91% of the surveyed would like to work in the building, the part of which constitutes a space like Brain Embassy – says Monika Kaczmarczyk, Managing Director of Adgar Conference Group and Brain Embassy. We’re really excited to see how accurate our forecasts turned out to be. Brain Embassy will start the new era in changing the business environment and we’re proud that Kinnarps participates in this process of creating such a creative ecosystem once again, which is designed to attract people who are open to new inspiring experiences – says Beata Osiecka, CEO Kinnarps, Head of CEE Region.
Titled Place For Creative Work
The second co-creating space of Brain Embassy is designed exactly like the previous one, basing on the latest trends in creating space that support a natural forming of societies, create cooperation between their members and promote development of innovative ideas. We’re really proud of the fact that Brain Embassy was appreciated not only by the members of our society but also by the experts. In 2017, we received 4 prestigious awards: Brain Embassy was honored with the title of the best co-working office in the Office Superstar competition, “Innovation of the Year” title in the CIJ Awards competition, Best Designed WorkPlace in the Eurobuilds Awards competition and Best All-inclusive Office 2017 in the category “Imitable Atmosphere” in the competition organized by Biuro Na Miarę. This incredible success is also a merit of our partners: mode:linaTM studio responsible for the project and Kinnarps that has been with us from the very beginning and took care about complex solutions in the field of equipment of Brain Embassy at the highest global level – says Monika Kaczmarczyk.
Inspiring Interior That Is Full Of Surprises
Brain Embassy occupies two floors of total space amounting to 2400 sq. m in Adgar Plaza One located in the Business Mokotow district. This space is for 380 people. There are: spacious open space, event space for 180 people, fully equipped closed offices, conference halls, relaxation zones, or 4 terraces. The architects from mode:linaTM added many surprises to the interior, the discovery of which can boost imagination during work. Every conference hall tells a story about people of science: mathematicians (big abacus), artists (graphic of splashed paint on floors), chemists (chemical elements), architects (construction sets), scientists (library), photographers (photographic studio), film makers (film studio), or fashion designers (sartorial patterns). Smaller halls are completed with a large multifunctional multiroom full of synapses. Interior design of Brain Embassy situated at Postępu Street in Warsaw includes favorite furniture of the members, which worked out in the location in Ochota: Boullee in the form of a pilates gym ball, barstools with high backs called Flex, characteristic Cap stools and Frame seats, which constitute an explicit spacious form, tables with electric regulation of height of the Oberon series, or very practical stacked and mobile chairs 522 used in the event zone. I’m really happy that this great stylistic variety of meeting places in Brain Embassy in Mokotow allowed us to suggest many new elements that tone in with design. Clients always expect solutions that combine creativity and pragmatism, which is a very interesting challenge that allows us to present the whole spectrum of our capabilities – says Monika Miksa, Key Account Manager, who manages the project on behalf of Kinnarps Poland.
