Vade mecum - Green Ideology In Practice

In the first edition of Vade mecum“Green buildings in Poland”readers had the opportunity to learn more about the theoretical aspects of certification in the LEED and BREEAM systems.

The second edition of Vade mecum “Green Ideology In practice” depicts the practical aspect of development of two investments: an office block certified in the BREEAM system in Kraków, and an office block certified in the LEED system in Gdańsk. Each stage of their development has been presented i.e. since the beginning of the project, through the building stage, to the building commission. The roles of particular participants in the whole process of realisation of the certified building (investors, consultants and designers) constitute the additional information on the subject matter.

Additionally, the publication will cover the topics of the interior certification and a new trend on the occupational market Green Lease. Readers will also learn the opinion of experts connected with the green building industry.
