wydanie 2018
The year 2017 was a period of a great number of successes on the Polish office market. We’ve been also observing some actions aimed at strengthening the image of regional cities as attractive locations for the modern business services sector. The continuing great popularity of office buildings among tenants in Poland is confirmed by data on the last year’s lease contracts. One of the most significant events of the previous year is exceeding the symbolic threshold of 1 000 000 sq. m of office space in Krakow. The green construction statistics are also very impressive; there are currently 436 certified buildings in Poland.:
- What will be the dynamics of development of the Polish office market?
- What favors the investors and what legal regulations constitute a barrier for their actions?
