AXI IMMO is interested in office sector

Oriflame has chosen office space in two floors of the Nova Mokotów complex in Warsaw.  The manufacturer has leased 4500 sq m of office space.

AXI IMMO company is developing its office department and therefore cooperates with different companies.  Recently, over the last five months the compnay adviced to such companies as VION Food (a distributor of food and nutrition components), Röhrenschef (the law firm), PAAN Capital (the transaction advisor), SSI SA (the consulting firm) and SourceByNet (supplier of furniture components). These companies in turn leased office space for their headquarters in the following locations: on 6 Lewartowskiego Street, in the Nautilus office building (350 sq m), Warsaw Financial Center (130 sq m), Ochota Residence on 26 Niemcewicza Street and Platan Park.

Tenants often seek office space in Warsaw that is located centrally or in adjacent neighbourhoods. However, regardless of the district, a key factor for most customers is the availability of public transport. In addition, an important element is the question of ecological solutions offered by the building, and thus the potential for reducing operating costs, said Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.

We are gradually expanding our group of clients.
