The fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners renewed contracts with the tenants of Mokotów Nova. LG Electronics, Cargill and Oriflame are to stay longer in the office complex situated in the south of Warsaw. The headquarters of these companies occupy more than 11 000 sq. m, that is one fourth of the total space of the building class A, which is situated at Wołoska 22 Street.
The renewed contracts confirm that Mokotów Nova is the best location for our tenants and one of the best office complexes in this district. LG Electronics is to stay in Mokotów Nova for the next 5 years. The company renewed its lease contract for 3665 sq. m of office space class A, extending its existing office by 1000 sq. m. The tenant was advised by Colliers International Poland during the renegotiation process.
Cargill Poland Sp. z o.o. is a deliverer of services as well as comestible and agricultural products. The company is going to stay in the occupied office of the size of 2400 sq. m at least till the end of 2020. CBRE Poland mediated in the renegotiation of the contract.
The producer of cosmetics – Oriflame Poland Sp. z o.o. – also decided to renew its lease contract. The company occupies 4000 sq. m in Mokotów Nova.
Mokotów Nova offers 43 000 sq. m of space class A in total. The tenants have a car park with 1000 parking spaces at their disposal. The companies which rent space in the office are e.g.: Bacardi, BMW Group, Hyundai, LG and Guess. The owner of this building is a special purpose company of the Curzon Capital Partners III LP fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
