We had two main objectives while creating the concept of Business Garden; we wanted to provide the most comfortable conditions for development of business to future tenants and to create a harmonious combination of business functions with hospitability at work place. The extension of the contract by one of our first tenants is the best evidence that we managed to achieve this ambitious goal – says Peter Chatfield, Commercial Manager of Vastint Poland.
Business Garden is situated at Żwirki i Wigury Street, which constitutes one of the key arteries of Warsaw. The office is located in close proximity to the NS expressway and the city railway station, which connects the airport with the Central Station and the Warsaw’s Praga district.
The complex is to be composed of seven buildings offering more than 90 000 sq. m. A hotel for more than 200 rooms, conference center with 8 rooms, restaurant and numerous service points, including another canteen, fitness club and kindergarten, are to be located on the area of Business Garden. The space between the buildings is occupied by a garden opened on the surrounding area of the city, where relaxation and works zones with the access to Wi-Fi are situated among greenery. Additionally, a number of solutions which meet the requirements of sustainable development and consistency with the highest level of LEED certification were used during the process of realization, including water- and energy-saving systems as well as the internal environment control system. The investor of Business Garden is Vastint Poland, which is also a developer of Business Garden in Poznań and Wrocław. The second stage of the project, which is being realized by Hochtief Poland, is to be commissioned in the first quarter of the following year.
