The Austrian investor has concluded a lease contract for the total amount of around 18 000 sq. m within the last three months. 10 500 sq. m concerned new contracts. The rented areas are situated in nine office buildings included in the portfolio of Immofinanz. We are incessantly concentrated on realization of ambitious goals in the area of leased space in our office buildings and we can be really efficient in it. Each signed agreement, no matter of its size or whether it concerns a new client or extends the actual lease, satisfies our company, especially looking from the perspective of the market environment which is strongly competitive – says Magdalena Kowalewska, Country Manager in Asset Management Office of Immofinanz Poland. Within recent months we have noticed that the interest in our offer is especially proportional in case of all buildings, which certainly confirms that our portfolio is adequately profiled – Kowalewska adds.
Two biggest lease contracts of the Austrian investor are: contract for 3500 sq. m concluded by a company from the insurance sector in Bokserska Office Center and nearly 1000 sq. m of space in Crown Tower rented by Chiltern International, which operates in the sector of clinique research. Moreover, deliverer of consulting, outsourcing and investment services – Mercer – decided to rent additional space in Nimbus Office (almost 1500 sq. m).
The biggest number of contracts – that is seven – was signed in Park Postępu. Such companies as Brown-Forman which operates in the segment of FMCG (1300 sq. m) and Medac which represents pharmaceutics sector (almost 800 sq. m) as well as EBS service company decided to extend their lease contracts. Similar number of agreements was signed in the project IO-1. The group of tenants was also extended by consulting company – NIRAS IC (about 350 sq. m) and investment company – Zillion Commercial (more than 200 sq. m). Moreover, technological company Xstream also extended its lease contract in the building (more than 900 sq. m).
