Schuessler-Plan Inżynierzy Sp. z o.o. has decided to lease nearly 500 sqm of space in the Warsaw office tower Equator II owned by Karimpol Polska. JLL consultancy was involved in the process of negotiations. Close to 90 percent of space in the Equator II office building at Aleje Jerozolimskie has already been let out. The last vacancies are under advanced negotiations with potential tenants.
Schuessler-Plan Inżynierzy Sp. z o.o. specialises in designing roads, airports, bridges, railway infrastructure, underground and overground structures. The company is a member of the Schüßler-Plan Group which currently has approximately 600 employees based in 20 locations.
Equator II was completed in October 2011. Its total lettable area is 21,300 square meters, including 400 square meters of retail and catering space (Chief’s restaurant, Good Look optician’s boutique, 1 Minute news agent) and 1,530 square meters of service outlets (Medicover medical service provider). The first tenants to move in were Medicover, Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne, AON, and REGUS. The property holds a BREEAM IN USE “Very Good” certificate. It was designed by APA Wojciechowski architects.
