Lionbridge Poland made a decision about staying and expanding space in the foregoing headquarters in Warsaw. The company will rent ca. 7000 sq. m and it will occupy the entire office building Taifun after signage of the contract. Lionbridge was advised by the experts of JLL during the negotiation process of lease conditions.
Lionbridge specializes in translation, online marketing, global content management and testing of applications. The company operates in 26 countries and it supports further development of 800 international brands.
The Warsaw’s department of the company is a key link in the process of strengthening the global operational model and knowledge of technologies as well as cultural issues. Therefore, a well-chosen headquarters is of such great importance to us – in a proven location with access to public transport. We also took the aspects related to operational safety into consideration and we decided to stay in Taifun – comments Jacek Stryczyński, Chairman of the Board of Lionbridge in Poland.
Taifun is situated in the so called corridor of Aleje Jerozolimskie, which is the third largest office area in Warsaw. The building is owned by IMMOFINANZ and it is well communicated with both the city center and the airport.
Lionbridge is currently in the phase of implementing a strategy in the area of properties, which was devised during long-term cooperation with JLL. The renewal of the lease contract in Taifun constitutes the first stage of the optimization process of office space occupied by the company in Warsaw – adds Anna Krześniak, Senior Consultant in Department of Tenant Representation of JLL.
