International developer group sold Forum Business Center I (Forum BC I) located in Bratislava. The purchaser of the building is ČS Nemovitostni fond. The transaction with the value of 46.2 million euro is one of the most important contracts concluded on the Slovakian and Czech real estate market this year.

Forum BC I is located at the crossroads of Bajkalska and Pirevozska Streets in Bratislava. There are 18 500 sq. m of modern area class A on seventeen aboveground tiers of the structure. The office is one of the first office buildings in Slovakia which received the BREEAM Excellent certificate. A headquarters of Slovak Telekom has been located in the office since 2013.
ČS Nemovitostní fond is managed by REICO ISČS, which is fully owned by Česká Spořitelna (Erste Group). The fund is the biggest and the oldest entity of such type that functions on the real estate market in the Czech Republic. Its capital has exceeded the value of 275 million euro (7.5 billion Czech koruna) at the end of November this year.
