A company functioning in the IT industry – Objectivity – signed an annex to a lease agreement concerning office area in the Wrocław West House 1B structure. In result, the area occupied by the company increased – from 1000 sq. m to 6000 sq. m.
Due to the fact that our company hired over 150 employees in 2015, it was a natural thing to rent more office area, especially that we are going to welcome 100 new experts in Objectivity in the following year. The area offered by Archicom are adjusted to our needs – rooms are spacious and the whole building is modern and well-located – says Paulina Roszczak-Śliwa, Chairman of HR in Objectivity. By renting another floor in West Forum, we feel that our people will be working in an office adjusted to their needs, and our standards of comfort at work will be still maintained at the high level – adds Roszczak-Śliwa.
West Forum is the newest project of Archicom. It is located at Strzegomska Street in Wrocław. As a target, the investment is going to offer about 80 000 sq. m of leased area. The first structure in the complex – West House 1A – is totally rented by Sygnity, whereas the second office – West House 1B – was sold in the first quarter of 2015 to the GNT Ventures fund. The building was commissioned in 2014 and it offers over 12 000 sq. m of space.

Archicom is one of the crucial developers of the modern office space on the Wrocław market. The group – as a developer – commissioned ca. 60 000 sq. m of space, that is 10 per cent of the whole modern office area in Wrocław. At present, the portfolio of the company includes offices with the total area of 14 000 sq. m.
