Research and development service center owned by Red Embedded will be launched in Wrocław Silver Tower. The company rented 560 sq. m in that structure. The tenant was represented by JLL consulting company during the process of searching for location and negotiations of lease conditions. Red Embedded wanted to find a very good location and have an opportunity to quickly launch its office – informs Katarzyna Krokosińska, Senior Consultant in Department of Office Lease Area and Tenant Representation, JLL.
The center will start its business activity at the beginning of January 2016 and 40 highly qualified engineers will be working in the building. Due to dynamic development of the company, we made a decision about launching a new research and development center. We have been searching for the most promising location with a broad access to qualified and experienced personnel with a good knowledge of foreign languages as well as developed transport and office infrastructure all over the world. The cultural closeness was also important. Wrocław was on the list of our favorites from the very beginning – says Chris Thornborrow, General Director, Red Embedded in Poland.
