Globe Trade Center SA (GTC) concluded a lease contract with UNIT4 Poland concerning the office area in Globis Wrocław. A new tenant will occupy the office with the size of 6600 sq. m. UNIT4 Poland is a member of the UNIT4 Group which specializes in delivering of IT solutions for business. In Poland, UNIT4 is famous because it owns a popular brand of IT systems – TETA. There are three departments of the company located in the capital of Lower Silesia: Central R&D, Global Customer Support Centre and Local Business TETA.
A new office is necessary for creation of space in order to develop our activity in Poland, including development of Central R&D and Global Customer Support Centre departments. It is a part of the OneUNIT4 strategy aimed at providing levelled standards of work in different regions of the world. Our team composed of 500 people cannot wait to move into the new office – said Tomasz Terlecki, Financial Chairman, UNIT4 Poland.

The company was advised by experts from JLL in the process of searching for a location for a new headquarters as well as negotiations concerning conditions of a lease agreement. The lease contract signed by UNIT4 Poland shows that the market of office areas in Wrocław is in a good condition and the activity of tenants is still at a high level. For instance, 78 000 sq. m of office area was rented in the period of 9 months in 2015 (increase by 36 per cent in comparison to the same period in 2014). Globis Wrocław is an office class A which is located in the city center of Wrocław. The building was completed in 2008. It offers 15 400 sq. m of office area. The list of tenants in the structure includes e.g. Medicover, Raiffeisen Bank, Provident and BDO.
