First office building realised by HB Reavis in Poland - Konstruktorska Business Center – has gained a new tenant. Grupa Żywiec will lease almost 4,500 m2 of space, which means over a half of one storey plus two terraces. The tenant will move into new place in September 2013.
The complex offers in total 48,000 m2, 60% of which has already been leased. The project, offering A-class space on seven storeys, is located in Służewiec Przemysłowy in Warsaw. The complex has the biggest storey space in Poland – 7,341 m2.
We are very happy that our investment has been appreciated by international players of such reputation as Grupa Żywiec. The area of the investment, its merits and conveniences for tenants, such as BREEAM certificate, green relax zones, conveniences for people using bicycles and a possibility of free arrangement of one’s space attracts important clients, which has been shown by the commercialisation process. I can add, personally, that Grupa Żywiec is dear to me, as I am an connoisseur of beer – comments Stanislav Frnka, Country CEO, HB Reavis Poland.
Grupa Żywiec S.A. was founded in 1998 and is one of the biggest producers of beer in Poland. It is connected to Heineken Group, the biggest beer producer in Europe. Currently, Żywiec is brewing beer in five breweries – in Warka, Elbląg, Leżajsk, Arcyksiążęcy Browar in Żywiec and Bracki Browar Zamkowy in Cieszyn.
All of the energy used in Grupa Żywiec’s office is to be drawn from a 100% ecological wind farm. In the object there are some more environmentally-friendly solutions, such as using rainwater to irrigate green areas.
In Konstruktorska Business Center space has been leased by such companies as OTIS, Carrier and IMS Health. During the transaction, the new tenant was represented by CBRE.
We are proud to cooperate with such prestigious tenant as Grupa Żywiec. We believe, that the space it leased in KBC’s office building will fulfil all its expectations and improve the employee’s work comfort – says Joanna Kalinowska, Associate Director, CBRE.
The design of the building was made by Epstein design studio. The object was awarded with BREEAM certificate on Very Good level.
