Cegedim Group Poland LLC, involved in CRM solutions and sales support within the pharmaceutical industry, has signed a lease agreement for 3.440 sqM in the modern office complex Mokotów Nova in Warsaw. CBRE acted as an agent in the transaction. The building is owned by Ghelamco Poland.
We have aquired new, attractive premises for Cagedim, with an effective localisation for the headquarters and the call centre of the Polish branch and the regional teams. Mokotów Nova is an ecological office block, meeting our client's expectations. The company's employees will benefit from various facilities in the building, e.g. a restaurant, cash machines – says Daniel Bienias, Director of Tenant Representation in the Office Department of CBRE.
The complex is located on 22 Wołoska Street. It is one of the largest office projects made available in Mokotów over the past few years. Mokotów Nova offers 41.000 sqM of office space. The tenants will be able to use a 3-level parking lot for nearly 1000 cars. The complex consists of three interconnected buildings with separate receptions and elevator halls. The building has been awarded the British ecological certificate BREEAM, rated "Very Good".
