Century Link is an outsourcing center of the American company which specializes in telecommunication services. It is the fourth company from the sector of services for business which made a decision about renting space in Maraton. It will occupy more than 960 sq. m and the department in Poznań will become the only department in the world which will offer contact with clients in 12 languages.

In November, the group of tenants will be extended by REHAU Business Services, which is the European shared services center owned by a company which specializes in polymer processing. This company is the leading deliverer of products and system solutions for the construction, industrial, furniture and automotive industry. REHAU will open the first business services center in Europe in Maraton on 700 sq. m.
Although REHAU is somehow connected with Poznań, REHAU Business Services is entering on the BPO/SSC market in this city. Therefore, we were searching for an attractive location of a high standard in the city center, which would enable flexibility in appearance of the interior and eventual expansion of space – says Felix Ramaekers, Managing Director of REHAU Business Services Sp. z o.o.
Maraton is an office investment of Skanska Property Poland in Poznań. Knight Frank advised CenturyLink in the lease transaction, whereas JLL consulting agency represented REHAU. Maraton is located in the city center and it will offer the area of four Municipal Stadiums in Poznań, that is ca. 25 000 sq. m. The project will be composed of six floors and two underground tiers with more than 300 parking places. The commissioning of Maraton is planned on the fourth quarter of 2016.
