Capgemini is going to move into the Business Garden Poznań complex occupying 600 sq. m of office area. Experts specialized in individual IT solutions for renowned customers of the company will be working in the new office. The tenant was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield consulting company in the transaction process. We are glad that we could help Capgemini to find the best location for their office. Business Garden Poznań is located at the crossroads of Marcelińska and Bułgarska Streets in the Marcelin district in Poznań. As a target, the complex will be composed of nine buildings with the total area amounting to 80 000 sq. m. The first stage of the investment was commissioned at the beginning of this year. It offers 42 000 sq. m of office area. All four structures realized within this stage received the LEED Platinum certificate. The group of tenants in Business Garden includes such companies as ADM, itelligence, Medi Partner (Medicover) and the future operator of the canteen Marchewkowe Pole.
