Powel is going to occupy an office with the total size of over 600 sq. m on the last sixth floor in C200 Office, which is being realized by Euro Styl in Gdańsk. The company is going to move into its new headquarters in March 2016. JLL agency represented Powel in the process of searching for a new office area.
Due to dynamic development of the company, we decided to remove our office in Gdańsk to C200 Office in order to offer bigger area, work comfort and convenient access to all employees – says Adam Boryniec, Managing Director, Powel.

Powel – a company of Norwegian origins – specializes in solutions from the area of business software aimed at enterprises from the energetic and public sectors as well as companies which provide services of general contracting. It hires almost 400 employees and conducts its activity in six European countries.
C200 is a structure which is being realized by EURO STYL. The office will be composed of seven aboveground tiers and it will offer ca. 17 500 sq. m of lease area. Moreover, there will be more than 370 parking places on the area of the investment. C200 is located in the central part of Gdańsk.
