UPS Zdrowie decided to extend its lease contract in Poleczki Business Park. It occupied 3200 sq. m of office area. Moreover, Napollo, Cosmedica and Aquarius Fund joined the group of tenants in the Warsaw office complex and they totally rented 1500 sq. m. The role of a consultant in the area of lease was performed by the Colliers International agency. At present, dynamically developing companies need flexible office space which is currently offered by Poleczki Business Park complex – says Paweł Skałba, Partner and Director in Department of Office Areas, Colliers International.

USP pharmaceutic company specializes in products and medicines over the counter. It owns headquarters in Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Bulgaria and USA. Another tenant in the complex – that is Napollo – is a Polish developer and investor in the sector of commercial and residential properties. Aquarius Fund manages assets. The company has a diversified portfolio of investments projects in the real estate and pharmaceutic industry. The last tenant – Cosmedica – is a network of pharmaceutic and cosmetic chemist's.
As a target, Poleczki Business Park will hold 16 structures with the total office area amounting to 210 000 sq. m. The Park is located at Poleczki 35 Street in the Warsaw Ursynów district. The structure has 1700 parking places, and a separate building for ca. 580 cars will be commissioned in the nearest future. The complex received the LEED CS Gold certificate. The owner of Poleczki Business Park is UBM – a developer of an Austrian origin.
