It is the third and the largest – in respect of area – office complex realized by Vastint Poland under the Business Garden brand. The investor is going to commission the first from three planned offices at the end of 2016.
The underground part of the fundamental plate which occupies ca. 23.000 sq. m was performed in a relatively rarely applied technology called „white bathtub”. In spite of the fact that this method requires great accuracy and diligence while performing works, it also provides an increased resistance to water penetration. The underground construction and ceiling of the garage were made from 22.600 m3 of concrete and 4.200 tons of reinforcement steel. The works were realized at the use of six tower cranes and additional mobile cranes – explains Remigiusz Jarmołkiewicz, Project Manager of Vastint Poland, project's developer.
The works related to construction of the building are currently at the stage of montage of aboveground construction mainly realized from prefabricated elements. The planned completion of works related to montage of buildings' tiers is envisaged on December this year. At present, the infrastructural works are being conducted at the same time.
The first stage of Business Garden Wrocław includes building of three from eight planned office structures with the leasable area amounting to ca. 37.000 sq. m. Modern project and technical solutions are used at their realization in accordance with requirements of LEED Platinum certification.
The investor and developer of Business Garden Wrocław is Vastint Poland owned by Inter IKEA Property Division. The architectural project was devised in APA Wojciechowski studio. Moreover, the general contractor of the investment is Budimex.
