International consulting company on the property market, that is Savills, offers two portfolios of commercial properties for sale on behalf of Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU SA (TFI PZU SA). The total area amounts to 68 600 sq. m.
The „Windrose” portfolio is composed of four commercial properties and „Bluemoon” includes two office structures: Athina Park located in Warsaw and Arkonska Business Park located in Gdańsk. The total area of offered properties amounts to 68 600 sq. m. The owner is planning to sell single portfolios or both portfolios to one purchaser.
