HRS moved into Plac Unii right after the investment's commission. It occupied the whole 11th floor in the building A (990 sq. m) and 545 sq. m on the 9th floor. HRS rented the other area on the 9th tier (over 440 sq. m) in June this year. The company will be able to benefit from it within six months. Plac Unii meets our all requirements in respect of modern office area – in the area of location, quality of offices' finishing, commercial and service resources and building's management. Facing the development of HRS in Poland, the letting of additional area in Plac Unii was a natural choice for us – comments Łukasz Dąbrowski, Senior Vice President, Hotel Solutions.
Trigon Dom Maklerski SA will extend its headquarters in Plac Unii in September this year. The company rented additional 200 sq. m on the 7th floor of the building A. It has owned 1037 sq. m on the 6th floor of the building B so far. The other tenant – ZeroChaos functions on the 9th tier of the building A and it will move into 5th floor of the building B in October.
