The investment, which is located at Unia Lubelska square, is one of the largest commercial properties commissioned within last years in Warsaw. The complex is composed of three buildings offering 41 300 sq. m of office area class A+ and 15 500 sq. m of space in a three-storey shopping mall – Plac Unii City Shopping. There are several dozen of shops, service points, café and restaurants in the commercial part of Plac Unii.

The succeeded finalization of Plac Unia sales confirms the great competences of BBI Development in the realization of the most meaningful investment undertakings, also in cooperation with international investors. The means, which were gained thanks to the transaction, will help developers in realization of new projects, including the undertaking of both companies – a commercial part of Praga Koneser Center in Warsaw.
Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development were advised during the transaction by: CBRE as a sales agent and Norton Rose Fulbright as a legal office. The purchaser, in turn, was advised by: Cushman & Wakefield, Hogan Lovells, Arcadis EC Harris and Deloitte.
According to regulations of the contract, a member of Liebrecht & wooD Group, that is WeCare, will be still providing services for the benefit of Plac Unii in the area of property management.
