PSE signed a lease contract for 6 291 sq. m of area in Delta Eurocentrum Office Complex located at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The advisor in the transaction process was Grupa Rynku Nieruchomości EY. Capital Park Group – an investor and owner of the office – was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
Eurocentrum Office Complex is an office class A+ which has 15 aboveground and 3 underground tiers. Potential tenants will jointly have ca. 70 000 sq. m of area – including over 60 000 sq. m of office area – at their disposal. The first stage of the project which included building of structures Beta and Gamma was completed in June 2014. Delta building – in which PSE will rent space – was finished one year later. The group of tenants of the complex includes i.a. Imtech Poland, Unilever, Qumak, CEPD Management, Randstad Poland, Mota Engil Central Europe SA, Fresenius Kabi Poland Sp. z o.o. and Comarch.
