Xella Poland will start its activity in a new headquarters in the first half of September this year. The company was represented by Cushman & Wakefield advisors during negotiations of the contract. Moreover, in the offer of the partnership there will be energy-saving construction materials, including a wide range of products necessary to a system of white building and wall materials for general construction, especially residential ones.
The ecological GreenWings Offices is located at 17 Stycznia 48 Street in Warsaw, near to Warsaw Chopin airport. Two wings of the structure on seven tiers offer jointly 10 850 sq. m of office area and 270 underground parking places on three levels of the underground garage. The investment received BREEAM certificate on Very Good level. Its owner is OKRE Development partnership, and JEMS Architekci is responsible for the project.
The expectation of our client was that possible relocation will take place in the nearest region of a present headquarters of the partnership, to the building with a good communication, in close proximity to international airport. Moreover, Xella is a pioneer of energy-saving solutions in construction.
