Karolkowa Business Park is located at Karolkowa 30 Street in Warsaw (400 meters from Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station) and offers jointly 17 852 sq. m of office as well as commercial and service rentable area net. The structure was built in accordance with conditions of sustainable development and it fulfills requirements of BREEAM certificate. Moreover, Karolkowa Business Park offers various facilitations to its tenants like ca. 2653 sq. m of commercial and service area on the ground floor of the structure or green terraces located on different floors with the space of ca. 3169 sq. m. The commission of the building is planned on January 2015.
