On June 20th Colliers International Poland informed that it won the tender for commercialization of KBP, owned by jest ABLON Group Limited. Karolkowa Business Park is a modern office and commerce complex. It is being built in Warsaw, near the currently constructed underground station on Rondo Daszyńskiego. The building will offer over 17.500 sq. m of total area (including about 3.000 sq. m of commercial space). It will obtain the BREEAM certification.
Katarzyna Tasarek-Skrok, Senior Associate of the Office Space Department in Colliers International, says: Karolkowa Business Park is a unique building located in a new business area, near the new underground station on Rondo Daszyńskiego, which offers modern office solutions to the Tenants. What’s more, the project’s distinctive feature is its architecture, which integrates an outer wall of the old factory of Polskie Zakłady Philips in the new facade of the buildings commercial part.
