Three contracts, which have been recently concluded, include jointly over 3000 sq. m. Thanks to them, the second stage of commercialization concerning Eurocentrum exceeded 70 per cent of available office area. At the same time, the process of gaining new tenants for free areas in a public commercial and service area is being realized.
