It advised i.a. BPH bank in consolidation of offices’ lease in the region of Tricity, the effect of which was the transfer of nearly 3 000 employees of banks from five separate locations to Euro Office Park structure and also Sii company which is specialized in IT outsourcing, industrial engineering and lease of 3 400 sq. m of office space in Olivia Point & Tower.
Within last 4 years, CBRE became a leading consulting firm on Tricity office properties market. Currently, every second significant transaction in this segment is being realized by our company. Due to our increasing position on Tricity property consulting market and overall increase of CBRE activity in Poland, we want to invest more widely in our presence in Tricity. Neptun Office Center is a 18-storey skyscraper which offers 16 000 sq. m of office space class A, commercial-service and 160 parking places on three underground tiers. The building is located at Grunwaldzka 103A and is the highest building in Gdańsk. It was commissioned in January 2014. Moreover, it received BREEAM certificate with a Very Good grade. The owner of Neptun is Hines – a private company which is specialized in running properties, organizing development process and properties management. The architectural project of the office was prepared by AHR Architects studio.
