CBRE climbs Rondo 1

CBRE company will occupy 1,400 sqm. area on the 24th floor of Rondo 1, which is two times more than the current office rented by the company on 12 floor of the same building.


The motivation to change the location of the CBRE office was the development of the company in Poland. We needed a new office, which will provide us with extra space for further expansion. The move of the office to the higher floor will give us twice the bigger surface area and allow the location of all business lines in one office, including extensive property management department - says Colin Waddell, Managing Director of CBRE in Poland.


Rondo 1 is located in the center of Warsaw at Rondo ONZ. It is the first skyscraper in Europe which received LEED Gold environmental certification in the category of "existing buildings". The building offers over 66 000 sqm. space area of class A on 40th floors and 500 parking spaces for users. Among others, BMS and DALI systems are used in the building.
