Konstruktorska Business Center is a modern office building located at the crossing of Konstruktorska and Suwak streets in Warsaw. The constructions begun in April 2011 and are planned to end in the first quarter of the next year. This six-storey building characteristic is a big office area of 7.341 sq. m.
The building is in the process of the BREEAM precertification. It is planned to be powerd only by renewables (wind farms). There will be two courtyards with green areas and small lakes in the complex. The area will be a comfortable place for the employees to relax.
