A modern A class building will provide almost 11 thousand sq. meters of office space. The design was inspired by wings and it will have 7 floors. It will also have an underground car park offering 270 parking spaces and enough room for 80 bicycles.
The building has received a very good score in a current BREEAM report and it is leading the new office building in Poland ranking.
The project focuses on many ecological solutions such as monitoring of electrical energy consumption, central heating, air conditioning and water consumption for instance.
The author of the project is a company called JEMS Architekci. The investor is Green Wings Offices Sp. z.o.o., and the company that manages the entire investment process is OKRE Development.
