The construction works on Warsaw office investment, belonging to OKRE Development, are nearing completion. The arrangements between the investor and the general contractor state that the building is going to be ready in time allowing for the occupancy permit to be issued until the end of April 2014.
We are over with the commissioning by the Municipal Waterworks and Sewer Enterprise and SPEC. The fourth, fifth and sixth floors are already after the initial construction works acceptance, while the first, second and third floors had their acceptance from 10 to 12 February. All works are conducted in accordance with the schedule, now we enter the finishing stage of the office block, and it would be put into use for the investor according to the agreement, comments Leszek Dzido, Eng., project manager of the general contractor - CFE Polska.
The date of the commissioning by the State Sanitary Inspectorate and the State Fire Service has been appointed at the beginning of March. At present, start-up, audits and tests of fire detection and fire alarm systems are conducted, including all low voltage installations, such as CCTV inside and outside the building. In the garage, systems detecting carbon monoxide and LPG are tested, but also the finishing of resins and floors is taking place. All lifts already work in the buildings, and the finishing touches of the façade will be ready in a month.
We plan to complete the construction works until mid-March. Then we will be ready to complete the arrangement works for the tenants. The first commissioned tasks are incoming. We start laying the floor coverings then, installing the internal partition walls for individual offices, their internal doors, etc. A few times a week we make tours of the office block for various companies. From my experience I reckon that there is a large interest in GreenWings Offices, and all delegations emphasise particularly the unique architecture and the facade of the building, which draw attention even from afar, says Leszek Dzido, Eng.
In the GreenWings Offices, one can find not only office space, but also conference centre. It will be possible to organise conferences and events in the building. To this end, the conference hall adjoins the canteen, which can provide catering for events taking part in the entire conference space, as well as in smaller halls made by dividing it into three smaller parts. The conference halls are equipped with modern screens, controlled by tablets, advanced sound system, as well as audiovisual equipment with HD players.
Tenants will be able to move into the building from June 1 this year.
