In his latest work, Michael Haneke does not only focus on hidden emotions. He also diagnoses the members of society, whose relations and private life are strongly influenced by the Internet. There are also some iconic motives such as intergenerational conflict or dysfunctional family which are also presented in Haneke's other works. “Happy End” debuted at the Cannes Film Festival. It stars Isabelle Huppert and Jean-Louis Trintignant, who were nominated for the European Film Awards 2017.
