LafargeHolcim is an international leader in the industry of construction materials. The company owns more than 60 production units in Poland, including: cement mills, mines, aggregate loading bays, or concrete plants. The headquarters of the Polish department of the Group will be removed to West Station II in September this year. The office owned by LafargeHolcim will occupy nearly 1400 sq. m. Colliers International advised the tenant in the process of choosing their new office.
– The new office is a very important step for us in building cooperation culture, openness and innovativeness. The removal to West Station II is another stage in implementing our strategy, which places people in the center of the organization, and envisages simplification and quickening of everyday duties. It is obvious for me that the new office should fit our strategy of sustainable development and support green construction, which are the two very important areas for our company – says Federico Tonetti, Chairman of the Board of LafargeHolcim in Poland.
