The new headquarters of Performante is to occupy 890 sq. m of the office part of Hala Koszyki. The tenant was represented by Knight Frank during the lease process. Performante specializes in integrated marketing communication. It has been operating on the Polish market since 2014.

Hala Koszyki is situated in the Central Business Area in Warsaw at Koszykowa Street. The building is owned by Griffin Premium RE of Griffin Real Estate Group.
